- 1. Do I need a patch test before lash or brow treatments?
Yes — a patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before any lash lift, brow lamination, tint, or hybrid dye treatment to ensure your skin is safe and allergy-free. We will contact you to arrange this and the treatment may not be able to go ahead without a patch test.
- 2. What is brow mapping and why is it important?
Brow mapping is a precise technique that measures your facial features to design the most flattering, symmetrical brow shape for you. It ensures every treatment is tailored, balanced, and customised.
Creating the perfect brow does exist and when its tailored to your features, this enhances your frame even more. - 3. Do I need full or thick brows to have a brow lamination?
No — lamination works beautifully on most brows. It can be styled super natural or fuller, depending on your preference. We can train the hairs to lie in the most flattering direction, enhancing your natural shape and creating soft, perfectly groomed brows.
- 4. What aftercare do I need to follow for lash lifts and brow laminations?
Keep brows and lashes dry for 24 hours. Avoid steam, saunas, sweating, and makeup around the area. Use nourishing serums or conditioners to keep hairs healthy and hydrated, and avoid rubbing or sleeping directly on treated brows/lashes.
- 5. How long do results last, and when should I return for maintenance?
Most lash lifts and brow laminations last 6–8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle. We recommend returning in this time to maintain shape, colour, and overall results.
Tint or hybrid dye usually lasts 2–4 weeks and can be done in-between appointments of lash lifts and brow lamination to hold the colour of your lashes and/or brows.
