• Do arrive with clean skin where possible, free from heavy makeup

• Don’t use active ingredients (retinol, acids, exfoliants) 48hrs before or after your facial.
• Don’t expose skin to heat, steam, or intense exercise for 24 hours post-treatment.

For accurate assessment, please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and avoid active skincare (AHA/BHA/retinol) for 24 hours beforehand, unless otherwise advised. Your therapist will guide you if any additional prep is needed.
